Description

Monitoring your production rate and materials usage rate is crucial to your profit margin. If you don’t know your cost per part, you can’t control your profit.

The CB-8000 Materials Monitor features an easy to read display, can display in pounds or gallons, the display can be reset remotely, includes a magnetic pickup attached to the fluid section of the pumping system, and the display is protected by a glass/polycarbonate sheet allowing for high visability.

CB-8000

– Panel meter enclosure will be 20” wide x 16” tall x approximately 6” deep. UL listed, Blue color, fully labeled.
– Scaling of the displays can be done in either pounds or gallons and decimal precision can be adjusted. User preference.
– Panel will have 1 exterior button for Display 2 reset, 1 remote button for Display #1 reset, and an on/off switch.
– Displays will be protected by glass/polycarbonate sheet with high visibility
– Counting will be tracked using a 5 count for APS pumps (a 4 count for UPS) magnetic pickup attached to the fluid section of the pumping system that will be cabled back to the main unit.

Display #1 Exterior

– Consists of 2.25” tall x 12.00” wide, red LED on black background, displaying 6 segments. This will allow you to track shot sizes up to 9999.99, 99999.9 or 999999 units
– This display will have a remote reset (length to TBD) so the operator can reset the counter from the area that he is working in.
– This display was envisioned as the working meter so the operator could specifically target parts of the tank for certain weights.

Display #2 Exterior

– Consists of 2.25” tall x 12.00” wide, red LED on black background, displaying 6 segments. This will allow you to track shot sizes up to 9999.99, 99999.9 or 999999 units
– This display will have a switch on the box that will allow the meter to be reset from the panel only.
– This display was envisioned as the overall tracking meter to keep track of the entire part.

Display #3 Interior

– Consists of .5” tall x 4” wide (approx.), red or green LED on black background, displaying 8 segments. This will allow you to totalize up to 99,999,999 units
– This display will have a reset button inside the enclosure so that only authorized personnel have access.
– This display was envisioned as an inventory meter that could be reset at certain time intervals by certain people.
