It’s been a while since you heard from us. Many measures have been taken in recent weeks because of the coronavirus, which was also a switch for us. Like everyone in the Netherlands, we have aligned our activities with the advice of the government and RIVM, with the aim of protecting the health of our customers, suppliers and employees as well as possible. Despite these advices, we still do our utmost to facilitate the service to you as well as possible, because after all our office is OPEN!
We would like to indicate that we are still there for our customers, but this will be in a slightly different way than you are used to from us.
First of all, parts can still be ordered. We do depend on our suppliers, so delivery times may be different from what you are used to from us. We hope you understand this.
In addition, it is also possible to schedule maintenance / service to your MVP equipment. This will also, due to the measures be different from what you are used to from us. If maintenance / service is required for your equipment, please contact us. Then we can discuss with you what is the best solution for you at that time. We do not want your production to come to a standstill during this crisis.
